Ed Faynor Senior Partner
With a remarkable career spanning over 45 years, Ed has consistently contributed to the growth, expansion, and development of organizations, establishing them as leaders in their respective industries. Ed’s early professional experience centered around Procurement and Supply Chain Management in diverse sectors such as High-Rise Construction, Telecommunications, Consumer Products, Heavy Equipment, and DOD Prime Contracting. This strong foundation led him to specialize in Project Consulting, specifically in ERP/MRP software selection, implementation, and user training across key functional areas such as GL, A/P, A/R, Purchasing, Inventory Control, MRP, Manufacturing Planning, and Production.
During his pursuit of an MBA in Finance, Ed served as an instructor for four semesters, imparting his knowledge in the field by teaching the “Introduction to Finance” course at the University of Iowa. In addition to his academic endeavors, he excelled as the Chief Financial Officer for a $22 million Medical Device manufacturer, where he held responsibilities encompassing Accounting and Financial reporting, Information Technology, Human Resources, Administration, and Quality. Prior to this role, Ed served as an IT Business Analyst, expertly managing projects and providing IT support in the domains of Logistics and Construction Products. Throughout his career, he has worked with various ERP systems, including Microsoft Great Plains, Macola- Exact, JD Edwards Intuitive, SAP WM, SAP Inventory, Solomon, and Great Plains.
